AAC Lost Horse Event in September

Here's something to put on your calendar. We received this announcement from Kevin Brumbach, the Montana Section Chair of the American Alpine Club.

Hey Everybody! As summer begins to wind down, and the joyful fall weather sets in, climbing temps become perfect! So let's all meet up for a fantastic weekend of climbing and get to know all the amazing AAC members. Here's the plan: WHERE: Lost Horse Canyon WHEN: Sept 22-23 WHO: Free for AAC members, $10 for non-members (if you want dinner and drinks provided) WHAT: Do some fantastic granitic face and splitter crack climbing. Share the day's war stories while feasting and imbibing around the fire at night. Make new and rekindle old climbing partnerships. Wake up Sunday morning and repeat! The Montana AAC Section will provide Dinner and refreshments for Saturday night for all those folks who RSVP by Sept 19, 2012!!! We will also make sure camping is available and general stoke is always high!!! Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions, and hope to see you all in Lost Horse!
